  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
  5. Serve with your favorite pasta, marinara sauce, or as desired.
