For Meatloaf Muffins:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For Mashed Potato Frosting:
2 cups mashed potatoes (prepared)
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients until well mixed.
