  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can pineapple chunks (with juice)
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, pineapple chunks with juice, and brown sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes.
