Instructions

  • Brown the Meat:
    • In a skillet, cook the ground beef (or turkey) over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Prepare Vegetables:
    • Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  • Assemble in Slow Cooker:
    • Add the browned meat, onion, garlic, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and broth to the slow cooker.
