Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  • In the same skillet, add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.

  • Return chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce, and cook for another 5 minutes.
