  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove excess grease.
  3. Add onions and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, uncooked rice, soups, beef broth, and seasonings. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  7. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
