Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Cook diced onions until soft.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and diced bell peppers. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
