Banana Pudding Rice Krispies are a delightful no-bake dessert combining the flavors of banana pudding with crunchy Rice Krispies. Made with marshmallows, banana pudding mix, and crushed vanilla wafers, these treats are perfect for parties, snacks, or whenever you crave a sweet, nostalgic bite!

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 10 oz mini marshmallows
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  • Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in vanilla extract and banana pudding mix until smooth.
  • Fold in Rice Krispies cereal and crushed vanilla wafers until evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch pan, pressing down gently.
  • Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.

 

  • Let set for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra banana flavor, add 1/2 teaspoon banana extract.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
